MACEX-YYFK-20 hydraulic sealing machine

The hydraulic button cell battery packaging machine is specially designed and manufactured
for research and development and material inspection of battery materials in research institutes,
universities and corporate laboratories. Mainly used in the production of samples during the
development of battery materials. The standard configuration can be used to seal the CR20 and
BR20 series button batteries, and other types of button batteries can be sealed by replacing
some mold parts.

一、 Features of the product
1. Small size, can be operated in a glove box;
2. Specially designed hydraulic structure, labor-saving operation;
3. Built-in pressure gauge, intuitive and accurate control of the size of the sealing pressure;
4. The precise mold design ensures the accuracy and reliability of the sealing molding;
5. Insulate when the standard mold is sealed;
6. Applicable battery models: all kinds of AG, BR, CR, LIR button batteries, (20 series molds can
be packaged) 2032, 2025, 2016, 2430 and other models;
7. Built-in safety oil valve, when necessary, the pressure can be adjusted according to the
needs; at the same time, the pressure upper limit is set to ensure the consistency of the
experiment and prevent damage caused by misoperation.
