MACEX-CPJ-20 manual slicer

This punching machine is specially used for punching the positive and negative electrodes of
button batteries. It is easy to adjust and install, beautiful in packaging and good in consistency. It
is suitable for colleges and universities and enterprise experimental lines.

一、 Working principle
This equipment is composed of upper mold, lower mold, operating lever and other parts.
The hand lever is pulled by manpower to drive the upper die to produce a downward force,
punching out the battery pole pieces placed in the lower die.

 Applicable battery models: all kinds of AG, CR, LIR button batteries, 2032, 2025, 2016 and
other types of pole piece punching
 Equipped with a discharging drawer, the die-cut pole piece falls directly into the drawer,
which is convenient for one-time removal after completion
 Punching precision: ±0.015mm; (different types of abrasive tools can be replaced at will)
 It can punch various battery materials with a thickness of 0.01～0.5mm
 The punching precision is extremely high, without burrs, burrs, creasing and powder falling
 Mould material: high-quality mould steel chrome steel, heat treated to HRC62 hardness
