JK-ZKHX-A3 automatic three-door vacuum oven

This product is suitable for the vacuum baking process of battery pole pieces and batteries
to be injected in the production process of lithium batteries. Using industry-leading uniform
temperature technology, temperature fluctuations of ±2℃; -0.098Mpa in the vacuum chamber
can be maintained for ≥24 hours; multiple quality and safety protections are ideal equipment to
ensure the drying effect.

1. The temperature control adopts AISET three-position PID temperature controller, which has high temperature control resolution.

2. The temperature measuring probe is a special model made by Taiwan Hualing, which is placed at the back of the vacuum chamber to quickly and truly reflect the working temperature.

3. The triple over-temperature protection device automatically cuts off the heating when the set temperature is exceeded to ensure the safety of materials and equipment.

4. Equipped with timing shutdown function, it will start timing after constant temperature, and it will automatically stop when the baking time is over. Each layer can be timed independently.

5. The use of high-quality SUS stainless steel seamless electric heating tube, heating up quickly, energy saving and durable.
