二、 Equipment workflow:
l This equipment is composed of front roller, rear roller, operating hand wheel, speed regulating motor and other parts.
l Turn the hand wheel manually to make the upper roller produce downward pressure, and flatten the battery pole pieces placed on the lower roller.
l This equipment is driven by a geared motor to drive a high-hardness pressing roller, and the gap between the pressing rollers is mechanically adjusted, so that the pole piece is formed under pressure and the density of the pole piece is increased.
l Environmental conditions: The installation environment temperature of this equipment should be controlled below -20℃-60℃, and the installation site should be well ventilated and have good heat dissipation conditions.
